This position is full-time with benefits.
The candidate must have strong people skills, knowledge of MS products and pay serious attention to details.
Job duties include the following:
Legal and administrative support including entering legal billing, client correspondence, opening files, communicating with co-workers about cases, must be organized and efficient Drafting estate planning and probate documents Preparing draft court documents and forms as well as e-filing final documents into the Colorado Courts e-filing Complex scheduling including all case deadlines Prepare and file QCD (quit claim deeds), PR Deeds, pull O & E property reports and handle some real estate issues Ability to draft sample documents - once done being able to replicate it in the future Legal research and use of Westlaw subscription Someone conversant with probate Rules Comfortable communicating and meeting with clients, particularly spoken word Always pay close attention to details, handle multiple written and verbal instructions with different work styles and methods Maintain organization and have a professional and friendly attitude towards clients and other co-workers Some administrative tasks for all firm including back up phone support, firm client management software, and firm paper files Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
