As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support our team and clients in numerous ways.
You'll manage our new client lead process - from the first call to hand-off to our Care Management team.
You'll help direct clients and caregivers to get the support they need.
You'll also help support the rest of the team where needed - scheduling, social media, various admin tasks, and more! You will be an integral part of our success.

This role will report to our Agency Manager and will be located in our Wheat Ridge office.

Responsibilities Manage our new client lead process from first contact to handing the client off to a Care Manager for an in-person consult Reach out to new inquiries in a timely manner and manage client contacts in our pipeline Build and manage email marketing campaigns to keep clients with longer time horizons engaged Communicate with our Care Management team daily to understand which geographic areas to prioritize Support our Scheduler when needed by contacting caregivers to fill open shifts Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Screen and evaluate calls and route to the appropriate individual.
Support the office staff on various ad hoc projects Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail and in person.
Requirements Be an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated person who is a great team player.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A true self-starter, who can understand goals and prioritize work Highly proficient in modern software applications (Microsoft apps, Google apps, Slack/Teams, etc) Bachelor's preferred.
No home care experience required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
