Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Digital Analyst (Mobile Apps) is responsible for supporting the Retail Wireless mobile apps with analytical support.
The right candidate will write analytic requirements for dev teams, QA analytics & events, and create reporting for stakeholders.
Leveraging your insights you will help stakeholders improve funnel performance, customer engagement and customer retention.
You'll:
Define & track business-critical KPIs Create analytic reports, visualizations, and dashboards for stakeholders Document and maintain all mobile app analytic requirements for IT development teams Audit existing analytics implementations, events & document opportunities for improvement Ensure data accuracy with on-going QA Lead collaboration sessions among IT & business teams to facilitate optimal events & analytics capabilities Find and communicate actionable trends & recommendations to stakeholders Answer ad-hoc questions from stakeholders Skills, Experience and Requirements Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as economics, mathematics or computer science or equivalent years of experience working with mobile apps 1
year working with mobile applications 3
years working with Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics 5
years experience in data-driven analytic roles Experience building dashboards and dynamic reports with Snowflake & Tableau or similar tools Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across distributed teams and at various levels of an organization.
Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to quickly diagnose complex production issues Innovative thinker with a passion to solve challenging problems.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce and mobile development practices and tools Excellent project management and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience preparing and delivering presentations tailored for a specific audience Strong quantitative skills, with demonstrated success working with large datasets; capable of driving actionable recommendations Salary Range Compensation:
$75,600.
00/Year - $108,000.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
