Pine Financial Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our small and tight-knit team.
It is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the potential to become full-time (40 hours per week).
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all social media channels and events for Pine Financial Group.
In addition, this individual will be responsible for assisting all ongoing marketing efforts by using in-depth knowledge of company products and opportunities.
Pine Financial Group is a well-established finance company based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, that works with real estate investors across multiple states.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team while their main duties include executing educational events and coordinating social media content.
They will also help to manage Pine Financial's YouTube channel and the Real Estate Educators Podcast in addition to creating marketing content like graphics and blog posts.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports for upper management by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data Supporting the Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy by organizing and planning promotional materials Continually researching new sources of prospective investors and borrowers while providing recommendations to marketing and leadership Understanding social media and other marketing tactics to promote events, educational materials, and company values Planning educational events for Pine Financial while managing all venue and vendor relationships Scheduling and monitoring all social media content and campaigns Tracking the performance of campaigns as well as understanding KPI's and defining them specifically for social media Assisting with company reporting needs as required Demonstrating leadership characteristics, organizational skills and experience as required in working in a nimble, fast-paced environment Other responsibilities as assigned
